Khmelnitsky University of Management and Law is one of the acknowledged legal and management centres of education and science in Western-Central Ukraine. The most famous is law school, established in 1992. Today it includes Law faculty, law clinic and The Podillia Laboratory on the problems of adaptation of the Ukrainian civil legislation to the EU Standards (acquis communautaire), created on the basis of Civil Law and Procedure Chair. Scientists of this chair provide researches in alternative dispute resolution sphere, specializing in mediation, arbitration and enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitration awards. They have a number of publications, reports and necessary qualities for educational and science expansion.
Furthermore there are some modules for Master’s degree called “Non-judicial forms of protection of civil rights”, “International commercial arbitration”, “Arbitration proceeding”.
