«Actual problems of legal education in the context of training on alternative dispute resolution as an approach for ensuring of human rights»
to be held in Minsk on 29 November – 3 December 2016
The purpose of the Final International Conference within TEMPUS-Project “Training on alternative dispute resolution as an approach for ensuring of human rights” (TRADIR) is to bring together researchers, teachers and practitioners interested in the advanced methods of legal education as well as master and doctoral students. The Final Conference will also provide information about the results of the TRADIR-Project.
Papers describing original work are invited in any of the areas listed below. Accepted papers, are to be presented at the conference by one of the authors, will be published in the Conference Proceedings. Acceptance will be based on quality, relevance and originality. There will be only oral sessions.
CONFERENCE AREAS
Each of these topic areas can be expanded but the sub-topics list is not exhaustive. Papers may address one or more of the listed topics, although authors should not feel limited by them. Unlisted but related sub-topics are also acceptable, provided they fit in one of the following main topic areas:
1. METHODOLOGICAL COVERAGE OF LEGAL EDUCATION;
2. TRAINING ON ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION IN CIVIL DISCIPLINES;
3. TRAINING ON ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION IN PUBLIC LAW DISCIPLINES;
4. RESTORATIVE JUSTICE IN TRAINING ON CRIMINAL LAW DISCIPLINES;
5. AN INTERDISCIPLINARY APPROACH TO TEACHING ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION.

English, Ukrainian, Belarusian and Russian.

And other keynote speakers, who are internationally recognized experts in their areas.

PAPER SUBMISSION
Authors should submit a paper in English, Ukrainian, Belarusian or Russian carefully checked for correct grammar and spelling, addressing one or several of the conference areas or topics. Only original papers should be submitted. Authors are advised to obey ethical norms regarding plagiarism and self-plagiarism thoroughly before submitting and must make sure that their submissions do not substantially overlap work which has been published elsewhere or simultaneously submitted to a journal or another conference with proceedings. Papers that contain any form of plagiarism will be rejected without reviews.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) until 17th September 2016 the text of the paper and abstract as well as the application for participation in the Conference with the theme of the E-mail “TRADIR Conference”.
Abstract should be prepared in English and in the language of the paper. It should contain the main idea of the paper (in each language no more than 1000 characters).
Application for participation in the Conference shall contain the name and surname of the author (co-authors), name of present employer, position, academic degree, academic title, postal address, phone number, email address, title of the paper, information about necessity of the hotel reservation, arrival date, the date of departure. Travel and accommodation of participants shall be covered by the sending organisation.
