A conference “Reform of legal education in Belarus and the UK: the exchange of experience and vision for the future” was held by Ostrogorski Centre and the Law Faculty of the Belarusian State University with the support of the British Embassy on 28th December, 2017 in Minsk.
The conference was devoted to the issues of legal education and its potential role in the reform process in Belarus. The conference allowed the British and Belarusian scientists to discuss best practices and trends in the field of legal education. In particular, the panels discussed the organization of educational process, skills of students and professionals, as well as opportunities for international cooperation in the field of legal education.
Quality Manager of the TRADIR Project Associate Professor Vadzim Samaryn as the Speaker took part in the third panel “International cooperation in the field of legal education”, dedicating his report to joint educational projects and their financing, as well as the organization of international conferences. The main content of the report was to familiarize the participants with the results of the implementation of the TRADIR project.
